I came across this gem today. I’m sad that due to life happening I had to go on a maintenance plan. Don’t get me wrong, the maintenance plan has kept me healthy in a million ways, and I still stand by my post below 100 %, I just haven’t had the opportunity to dive deeper into my health recovery.
