    I am from Georgia, and my husband is from Texas. He calls the flowers in the picture daffodils, but I know them as jonquils. A lot of people do not know that there is a difference. Although they are closely related, both belonging to the genus Narcissus, and similar in appearance and growing needs, they are most definitely different.
